Requirements mapping
We document your asset base scope, existing data sources, workflow requirements, and reporting needs — before touching any system configuration.

Taxonomy & data design
Equipment hierarchy, naming conventions, classification codes, and data standards are defined and agreed before any data is loaded into the system.

PM library build
Preventive maintenance tasks are developed per equipment class, reviewed against criticality outputs, and loaded into the CMMS with correct scheduling logic.

Workflow & reporting configuration
Work order workflows, user roles, notification rules, and KPI dashboards are built and tested in a staging environment before production deployment.

Data migration & validation
Legacy data is extracted, cleansed, mapped to the new taxonomy, and validated against completeness rules before being imported to the live system.

Training & go-live
Role-based training is delivered to all users. We remain on hand during the stabilisation period to address issues and ensure the system is adopted effectively.
