Maintenance methods are well established — ISO 14224, NORSOK Z-008, decades of published reliability data. Almost nobody has put them inside working software. That is what we do, and it is why our output can be audited instead of taken on faith.

Ours is built the other way round: the failure-mode logic comes from 25+ years of hands-on operations and maintenance leadership — beginning in the Navy, then 14+ years in oil & gas, and on through aquaculture and industrial facilities across Europe and North America.
